6th ANNUAL INTERDISCIPLINARY DOCTORAL SEMINAR OF THE OPOLE UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY

W dniach 8-26 czerwca 2026 roku odbędzie się VI Doroczne interdyscyplinarne seminarium doktoranckie doktorantów Politechniki Opolskiej pod patronatem J.M. Rektora Politechniki Opolskiej dr hab. inż. Marcina Lorenca, Prof. Uczelni. W niniejszym komunikacie zawarte są ogólne informacje na temat ramowego programu seminarium. Program szczegółowy seminarium zostanie podany do wiadomości w komunikacie nr 3.
Seminarium stanowi forum do dyskusji dla doktorantów kształcących się w Szkole Doktorskiej oraz studentów i absolwentów uczelni planujących kształcenie w szkole doktorskiej, w szczególności stawia sobie za cel zapewnienie możliwość publicznej prezentacji wyników prac badawczych doktorantom II roku kształcenia, którzy w roku akademickim 2025/26 podlegają ocenie śródokresowej oraz doktorantom IV roku, którzy kończą kształcenie.
The 6th Annual Interdisciplinary Doctoral Seminar for Opole University of Technology Doctoral Students will be held from June 8-26, 2026, under the patronage of the Rector of Opole University of Technology, Dr. Marcin Lorenc, D.Sc., Eng., University Professor. This announcement contains general information about the framework program of the seminar. The detailed program will be announced in announcement no. 3.
The seminar is a forum for discussion for doctoral students studying at the Doctoral School and for students and graduates of universities planning to study at the doctoral school. In particular, it aims to provide an opportunity for public presentation of research results for second-year doctoral students who will be subject to mid-term evaluation in the 2025/26 academic year and for fourth-year doctoral students who are completing their education.

Do dnia 15 maja 2026 roku:
- Doktoranci I i III roku oraz Studenci przygotowują poster formatu A-0 według szablonu dostępnego pod linkiem https://edysk.po.edu.pl/index.php/s/Yf8jmjc3FgABN5F Tematyka prezentacji studentów dotyczy realizowanej pracy magisterskiej lub zainteresowań
- Doktoranci II roku przygotowują wystąpienie w formie 15 minutowej prezentacji multimedialnej będące skróconą wersją prezentacji przygotowanej na ocenę śródokresową.
- Doktoranci IV roku przygotowują wystąpienie w formie 15 minutowej prezentacji zawierającej sprawozdanie z realizacji harmonogramu prac badawczych.
8 czerwca 2026 roku:
- Seminarium w formie stacjonarnej dla doktorantów I i III roku oraz studentów – budynek łącznik ul. Mikołajczyka 5, godzina 9.00-11.00.
W tym dniu planowane są godziny rektorskie dla doktorantów i promotorów biorących udział w seminarium.

Until May 15, 2026:
- First and third year doctoral students and students prepare an A-0 format poster according to the template available at the link https://edysk.po.edu.pl/index.php/s/Yf8jmjc3FgABN5F . The topic of the students’ presentation relates to their master’s thesis or scientific interests.
- Second-year doctoral students prepare a speech in the form of a 15-minute multimedia presentation, which is a shortened version of the presentation prepared for the mid-term
- Fourth-year doctoral students prepare a 15-minute presentation containing a report on the implementation of the research schedule.
June 8, 2026:
In-person seminar for first- and third-year doctoral students and students – connector building (Lacznik), Mikołajczyka 5, 9:00-11:00 AM.
On this day, rector’s office hours are planned for doctoral students and supervisors participating in the seminar.
